When to Seek Emergency Medical Care

Up to 80% of all emergency room cases can be treated at a NextCare urgent care facility. If you are experiencing one of the following symptoms, we would recommend going to the emergency room for care:

  • Heart attack or stroke
  • Open fractures
  • Severe bleeding
  • Chest pain
  • Head injury
  • Major trauma
  • One-sided weakness or numbness
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Severe abdominal pain
